Lillian DejeAN

LAYLF CoordinatOR

Lillian DeJean (they/them) is from Broussard, LA and currently serves as LAYLF’s Camp Coordinator. Lillian handles most of the scheduling, planning, and outreach for LAYLF, and their main focus at camp is to ensure that everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered. At LAYLF, you can find Lillian participating in wheelchair races, drinking excessive amounts of coffee, and checking in on all of staff and delegates.

AnnMarie Bihm (she/her) is from Opelousas, LA and currently serves as Co-Coordinator for LAYLF, where she works closely with our Coordinator to ensure things are running smoothly. She’s also the go-to for our internship program — an initiative she’s especially excited to help grow — and continues in one of her favorite roles as a content creator. From developing and formatting documents to creating marketing materials and graphics, AnnMarie is always behind the scenes making things look good. Known for being ready to jump in wherever needed, AnnMarie is often spotted at LAYLF with her coffee or energy drink in hand and purple clipboard close by.

Nicole Flores

Nicole Flores serves on the LAYLF team as the Executive Director of Families Helping Families of Acadiana, the program’s fiscal agent. In this position, she is responsible for the oversight of funds and expenditures. Her favorite part of LAYLF is watching delegates enter the program with excitement, and then leave with self-determination skills they can use as they grow into powerful advocates back in their own home and communities.

Landon hanks

2026 LAYLF Intern

Landon Hanks is from Duson, LA and currently serves as a LAYLF Intern. Landon works closely with the Executive Team, helping with interviews, outreach, and behind-the-scenes tasks that keep everything running smoothly. His main goal at LAYLF is to assist wherever needed and ensure that staff, delegates, and leaders have what they need to succeed. When he’s not helping the Executive Team, you can usually find Landon gaming, hanging out with friends, and bringing positive energy to everyone around him.
